The Virachey National Park

Virachey National park located in Northeast Cambodia, Ratanakiri, Banlung, and Stung Treng provinces. With its 3.325 square kilometers, Virachey National park is the largest National Park among seven other National Parks in Cambodia. It offers an incredible insight into the variety of both still have wilderness and wildlife.
Visitors can go multi-day with English speaking guide trekking trips and indigenous ranger guide through the park including outdoor camping at night.

The Itinerary Trekking to The Virachey National park & Bamboo Rafting

The Itinerary 3 days and 2 nights Trek.
(Combined with The Virachey National park and Community jungle trekking)

Day 1: we start from Banlung at 8:30am .
Pick up at your guesthouse with Motorbike, Tuk Tuk, or private Car with our expert driver. Then up to the Northern of Banlung to the Se San river.
Drive around 1 hour to reach the Se San river then crossing the ferry in 10 minutes after driving motorbike in 20 minutes more up to the tribal village of Kavet’s ethnic community.
We will to stop Motorbike in this village, after packing our stuff ready to start walking to the forest.

During walking per day 5 or 6 hours in total distance 15 Km or 20 km each day depending on time what you want.

Day 2: walking through the plants crossing little river with and English speaking guide and a indigenous ranger guide.
Sleep with hammock
at the waterfall in deep jungle camping.
Minority family and ranger guide are cooking for us, in the rice field, drinking jar rice wine with them.

Day 3: constructing bamboo raft floating with bamboo rafting in 3 or 4 hours at the end of the Trek.

Approximately arrival in Banlung to your guesthouse at 4 or 5 pm.

What to bring: mosquito repellent, long pants, sports shoes, swim suits, and towels …
